  We depend on ACC-Tech's remote monitoring service to keep our firm's computers running smoothly and protected from cyber attack. They always respond promptly to our calls, and resolve our issues quickly. I couldn't do business without them. Highly recommended.

  Not terribly impressed. Had to pay $46 something up front for them to diagnose my laptop. They called a week later to state they had an idea of what the problem was but it would be $100 an hour to try. I declined as that is an outrageous rate on top of what I already spent. Especially when it wasn't a guaranteed fix. I was referred here but disappointed in the result.
