  Technicians that came out were great and knowledgeable. One was a retired police officer and clearly had experience to draw on. Did not try and see any extra equipment after I said what a did and did not want.. Great service, great people..

  My husband and I are in the military. My husband signed up for ADT while I was in the deployed. He attempted to cancel the service when I received PCS orders but was told that only I could cancel the service. I just spoke to a customer service representative who hung up on me when I was trying to deal with this issue. I was told that my active duty status would not prevent us from serving out our contract. When she finally spoke to her supervisor she said that it may be possible, but not today. When I asked her if I could speak to another representative she hung up on me. This business is operating illegally and cannot do this to Active Duty Servicemebmers. I STRONGLY encourage people to stay away from this company.
