  Hi my name is Gul nosheen. I am a regular customer of rue 21 since 2015. Last time I went there and a girl forget to put my had band but charge me. I rue 21 four times to either refund me or give me the stuff. But I don't get any action from you. What kind a customer service is that. It's not about money or stuff, it's about cheating, you are making claim excuses each time I call you. That we will check the camera and let you know bla bla.. I think I will never go back to your store because of the customer service, and suggest other people too. Thanks
