  I'm not sure if it was this location or the Kent branch, but I had called over the weekend to schedule an appointment because I'd found a massive spider in my bedroom and the lady who had taken my call made it sound as though they were going to come out the same day. When no one showed, I called and was told the appointment was made for Tuesday (today), which was kind of annoying as that's not what I'd been led to believe but it was understandable. I woke up early today to make sure I'd be ready when they came, no one ever showed and no one ever called. I tried to call and was met with disconnected tones several times, eventually got ahold of someone and she saw I did have an appointment and she didn't know why any one didn't call or show. So in trying to reschedule around my work schedule, she said the latest appointments were 5-7pm, which is perfect for me on Fridays, but she said she wouldn't schedule it just because it's Friday and the techs wanna go home as early as possible. Well, doesn't everyone? You don't see me telling patients they can't have Friday appointments just because I want to go home. So now it's scheduled for a slightly less ideal day and I'll just have to see if anyone bothers coming this time.
